1、使(shi)用變頻器後(hòu),空氣壓縮機(ji)的壓力設定(dìng)可以是一點(diǎn),即可以将滿(mǎn)足生産設備(bei)要求📞的最低(di)壓力作為設(she)定壓力,變頻(pin)器将根據管(guǎn)網壓📐力上下(xià)波動的趨勢(shi),通過調節空(kōng)壓機轉速,消(xiāo)除了空壓機(jī)的卸載運行(háng),節約了電能(néng)。
1. After using the frequency converter, the pressure setting of the air compressor can be one point, that is, the lowest pressure that meets the requirements of production equipment can be used as the setting pressure. The frequency converter will eliminate the unloading operation of the air compressor and save electricity by adjusting the speed of the air compressor according to the fluctuating trend of the pressure of the pipeline network.
2、由于系統中(zhōng)的變頻器使(shi)得管網上下(xià)壓力穩定,可(kě)以❌降低甚至(zhi)消除壓力的(de)波動,從而使(shi)系統中所有(you)運行的空氣(qi)壓縮機都在(zài)一個滿足生(shēng)産要求的較(jiao)低的壓力下(xia)運行,減少了(le)壓力向上波(bō)動造成的功(gōng)率損失。
2. Because of the frequency converter in the system, the downward and downward pressure of the pipeline network is stable, and the fluctuation of pressure can be reduced or even eliminated, so that all the air compressors in the system are operated under a lower pressure which meets the production requirements, thus reducing the power loss caused by the upward fluctuation of pressure.
3、由于(yú)空壓機不能(neng)排除在滿負(fu)載狀态下長(zhǎng)時間運行的(de)可能性,所以(yǐ)隻能按最大(da)需求來決定(dìng)電動機的容(róng)🔴量,故📱設計容(róng)量一般🔴偏大(dà)。在實際運行(hang)中,輕載運行(hang)的時間所占(zhàn)的比例是非(fei)常高的,如果(guǒ)采用變頻調(diao)速,可大大提(ti)高運行時的(de)工作效率。因(yīn)此将變頻器(qì)作用在空壓(yā)機系統中節(jie)能潛力♈很大(da)。
3. Because the air compressor can not rule out the possibility of long-term operation under full load, it can only determine the capacity of motor according to the maximum demand, so the design capacity is generally large. In actual operation, the proportion of light load running time is very high. If frequency conversion speed regulation is adopted, the working efficiency can be greatly improved. Therefore, the application of frequency converter in air compressor system has great potential for energy saving.
4、有些調節方(fang)式在需求量(liàng)較小的情況(kuàng)下,也不能降(jiàng)低電動機的(de)運行功率。采(cai)用了變頻調(diào)速後,當需求(qiú)量較小的情(qing)況❄️下,可降低(dī)電動機的轉(zhuǎn)速,減小電動(dong)🌐機的運行功(gōng)率,從而進一(yī)步實現節能(néng)。
4. Some regulation modes can not reduce the operating power of the motor when the demand is small. After adopting frequency conversion speed regulation, when the demand is small, the speed of the motor can be reduced and the power of the motor can be reduced, thus further realizing energy saving.
5、空氣壓縮機(jī)采用了變頻(pín)調速後,則可(ke)以根據負載(zai)的輕🐉重🌈地進(jìn)行連續調節(jie),能保持壓力(lì)、流量、溫度等(deng)參數的穩定(dìng),從而提高工(gōng)作性能。
5. The air compressor can adjust continuously according to the weight of load after adopting frequency conversion speed regulation, which can maintain the stability of pressure, flow, temperature and other parameters, thereby improving the performance.
